Cold ,numbness of feet and hands

Hello doctor My feet and hands are suddenly very cold and I feel numbness, is it serious? What can I do ? I took vitamins also panadol joint and its not going away . Please help

Coldness on hand or foot and numbness are serious complaints can be seen due to vascular insufficiency. Neuropathies, romatologic diseases are other causes. Using drugs dosent solve the problem, unless the underlying disease determined. I recommend vascular and neurology examination for you.
