Prof. Dr. Levent KART, 7 Ekim 1970 yılında doğmuştur. Lisans öncesi öğrenimlerinin ardından, Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi'nde başladığı tıp eğitimini 1993 yılında başarıyla tamamlayarak tıp doktoru unvanı almıştır. İhtisasını ise, 1998 yılında Erciyes Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi'nde yaparak Göğüs Hastalıkları Uzmanı olmuştur.
