Looking to continue ADHD treatment 36 year old female

Hi I recently moved to Istanbul from the US and I'm looking for a doctor to continue my treatment for ADHD. My medication regimen was Adderall XR 30 mg and Adderall 30 mg in the mornings but this medicine is not available here. Ive wasted time and money with doctors unable to write my prescription for Concerta. Would you be able to treat me? Should I make an appointment with you?
