Dear Dr. Pinar, When my son Deniz was baby he has herpes, we were very happy with your help that time. And again thank you. Now we have other problem - his first permanent tooth growing behind baby one. Baby tooth is moving a lot but it doesn't looks like will fall down alone because still is strong connected. Dear Mrs Uzunal, First of all no worries :) as the milk teeth is mobile which shows that they are starting to get loose. This situation occur when we expect future crowding in the anterior region, more often on the lower jaw. So, what you will do is to try to loosen the milk teeth by encouraging Deniz to chew fresh and hard fruit like carrots, quince, nuts etc. Also let him loosen his teeth with his clean hands.
