Nose reconstruction

Hello dear I want to inform you that last year i had nose surgery in Turkey but the dr there deceived me and the surgery was non result Now my nose is more deviated than before i have big assimmetry on nasal bone septum and all of my nose i ha ve a big septal perforation about 3 cm large and deformity of septum. Is there any chance ti repair it or is it possible on sinthetic plate to replace my existing septum. My nose is very elastic i want for more support on it I am also interested on upperlip lift and correction for more simmetry, cheek enhancement and chin reduction Dear my main issue is, i want revision nose surgery using many grafts to correct and strut my nose And also my deformity of nasal bone may be need reconstruct What you think my dear I hope a lot on your help Best regards Sent from myMail for iOS
