smearın yetersiz olması hpv testinin de yetersiz olduğunu mu anlamına gelir sonuçta ikisi ayrı testler fakat smear testim yetersiz geldi ama hpv genotiplendirmemde hepsi negatif gösteriyor yani hpv testi yalancı negatif gösterir mi?
