iyi günler hocam omirilik felçlisiyim ağız ve makattan kan gelmesi sebebiyle xylocsin sprey topikal boğaz anestezi ile endoskopi kolonoskopi yapıldı sigmoid kolonda25cm de 5×5mm polbe snare eşliğinde polipektomi uygulandı polip alındıktan sorun oluşa bilirmi kanama yırtılma pıhtı atması nasıl anlaya bilirim bu işlemler yapılırken ağrı kesici uygulanıyormu novalgine alarjim var teşekkürler
