hocam iyi günler boyun bölgemde oluşan şişlikten sonra us çektirdim,sonuç:her iki servikal lenfatik zincirde en büyükleri submandibuler bölgede 1,5cm boyutta olmak üzere bir kaç ovoid şekilli santral ekojen reaktif görünümde lenf nodları mevcuttur sizce ne yapmam gerek
