Escaping drug

Hello my husband has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's, at the same time has just gone thru a bypass operation. Since he came home has found it hard to sleep so paid a visit to the neurologist . Who has diagnosed raxapin. Having read up about this drug is it safe for him he's been walking around all night again and only wanted something to help him sleep.
