Sclerosis Tehlikeli midir?

Merhaba hocam, vucudumdaki yaygin kemik agrisi nedeniyle uzmana gittim. Vitamin degerlerimin hepsi normal. Rontgen sonucumu yorumlamaniz mumkun mu? "Sclerosis of bone endplate" bu kisma takildim. Ileri bir incelemeye gerek var midir?Tesekkurler.. X-RAYS SPINE DORSAL: CLINICAL INFORMATIONS: Back pain. FINDINGS: Straightened dorsal kyphosis denoting severe back muscles spasm. Mild scoliotic changes convex to the right possibly positional. There are mild spondylotic changes with marginal osteophytes, sclerosis of bone endplate seen. The bony alignment, vertebral body heights and disc spaces are maintained. No focal bony lesion seen.
