mrb hocam yardimci olursaniz sevinirim the 4th ventricle is in midline.There is no evidence of midline shift or mass effect.The size of ventricular system and sulcal pattern is within the range of normal for patient's stated age. There is no evidence of acute intraparanchymal hemorrhage.No significant extra-axial collections are noted.Flow voids are maintained within the internal carotid arteries bilateralyy as well as within the vertebrobasilar system.The cortex and white matter show normal signal intensity. No abnormalities are seen in basal ganglia,carpus callosum or thalamus.The brain stem and cerebellum show no abnormal signal intensity .The sella and pituitary gland are grossly normal.The CPA areas cappear normal.The visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid aid cells are well developed and the orbital contents are unremarkable.No abnormal enhancement is seen after contrast injections.
