iyi günler hocam aşagıda yazdığım yazımın durumu ne anlama geliyor perşembe biyobsi olucam ingilizce terimler nedemek istiyor en azından bulgusal sonuc nedir. sağ akciyer üst lob posterior seymentt sublevral 5x4 cm boyunda düzensiz sınırlı her iki akciyerde yaygın kosolüdasyon izlenmiştir teribronsial kalınlaşması ve tlıroparan kinal fıbrotik bantlar izlenmiştir
