Dear doctor Guzeltas Thank you for back mail, but we had a problem with your administrative services. Miss, Sherife,(international patients office), cannot send us a official bill, because as she sad, your hospital didn't recognize our hospital diagnoses, and without that bill we cannot apply in Health Ministry to get financial help. I'm very upset, because we asked to many famous european hospitals, and they accepted our diagnoses. Also dr. Ramush is surprised with that answer. I don't now if miss Sherife let you know about those misunderstanding. Dear doctor, I really appreciate your ability to cooperate with us, but I think that we cannot put the things in line, for now. I was a little confuse, because I pleased her to forward to you all my documents I've sent, and she sad that she had a consultation about my daughter with dr. Ergul, (respectfully for him but I didn't know him). I'd prefer (and I insist) to work with you, because I believe completely dr. Ramush and his word.
