I need the top part of my finger removed.

I am sending this email with not knowing who it goes to but hoping it can go to a doctor to help me. I am a American here in Izmir and i had a accident dealing with my small finger and I would like to understand the options to remove it actually. it sounds crazy but i would like it removed or i would have to cut it off and i am not prepared for that.
